Green Bay Press Gazette: Packers Getting a Visit from TV’s ‘Small Town Big Deal’

Small Town Big Deal” is headed to Titletown this week to film an episode.

The digital TV series that celebrates stories of success, innovation and history in small towns throughout the country will be in Green Bay Monday and Tuesday to visit the Green Bay Packers and the original Cheesehead factory for an upcoming show. Hosts Jann Carl, who spent 14 years as an anchor on “Entertainment Tonight,” and Rodney Miller will accompany the crew.

“Small Town Big Deal” is in its fourth season and airs on CarbonTV, an online video network focused on outdoor-related programming. The show has been to Wisconsin in the past, including visits to Lake Geneva and the world lumberjack championships in Hayward in 2013.

A premiere date for the Green Bay episode has not yet been announced.
